I grew up a small town, not truly connecting with people around me, and definitely not being my true self. Does this sound familiar? Schoolmates wore cool shellsuits and I had a Guns n Roses waistcoat (ok, maybe not that part lol).
After the DIY / bowl cut years, my dad advanced me to the barbers for a haircut. Yep, I was a tomboy in the 80s and 90s lol! And I was brought up with 2 big brothers and their hand-me-downs. After what I've just written, it might be a good thing there is only one of me! lol.
